River Pools Install Info

Hey Everyone! I get many calls about our pool, so below is some info about our River Pools install. We began on Aug 31, 2020 and it ended on Oct 7, 2020. The plan:       How it started: How it ended: The pool, concrete around the pool, retaining wall, and retaining wall lights, and equipment were done by River Pools.  The equipment (left to right) is pump, filter (Pleatco PAP150 ~$70), chlorine ( Pool Frog XL Pro , chlorine pack ~$60) I currently do not use the mineral pack), UV light filter, electrical panel, and 200,000 BTU gas heater.  The heater heats at 3.5 - 4 °  and hour. Water Spray Cartridge Cleaner Review

I purchased the cartridge cleaner a few months ago. Previously I used the jet setting on a spay nozzle. It worked fine but I wanted something quicker.

I was on the fence buying this, but eventually pulled the trigger on the purchase. In hindsight, I wish I would have left it in the store.

The first thing I didn't like was no extension handle. This caused spray back when cleaning. Not a huge deal, but on cold days, not ideal.

Secondly, I thought it cleaned pretty well and I do think it was quicker. The jet nozzle cleaned a bit better, but this cleaned it well enough.

Finally, it broke. The plastic parts didn't hold up well and a few months in, it was broken.

I would not recommend this item.

Now back to the old school way!
