River Pools Install Info

Hey Everyone! I get many calls about our pool, so below is some info about our River Pools install. We began on Aug 31, 2020 and it ended on Oct 7, 2020. The plan:       How it started: How it ended: The pool, concrete around the pool, retaining wall, and retaining wall lights, and equipment were done by River Pools.  The equipment (left to right) is pump, filter (Pleatco PAP150 ~$70), chlorine ( Pool Frog XL Pro , chlorine pack ~$60) I currently do not use the mineral pack), UV light filter, electrical panel, and 200,000 BTU gas heater.  The heater heats at 3.5 - 4 °  and hour. The cost is about $20-40 per day depending on how cold and how long you run it.  Here are some pics after landscaping. Landscaping done by Backyard Magicians .  The pool is the I30 and holds 7,947 gallons. We have the LED lights and two bubblers on the tanning ledge. I do not have the app/wifi panel controls. Waterline Cleaning Hack


Our waterline stain was getting a bit noticeable. The Polaris doesn't clean the waterline stains that well. I waited to be in the pool to clean and first used my hands. That visibly removed some dirt, but not enough. There was clearly a waterline. My lovely wife suggested a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. That was a winner! It worked so well and was super easy. Now I have a clean waterline and the knowledge on how to keep it clean!
